Comfortable beds, satellite TV, climate control, and a personal safe made my stay here great, plus a view of the mountains from my room.

We stayed in a well-equipped and a nice size room with a fridge, and greatly enjoyed it. The accommodation had a very central location close to everything.

Location: the hotel was just off the centre, South Africa and the waterfront. The atmosphere created was quiet. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and complete with meats, fresh orange juice and delicious bread.

We had a really enjoyable stay at Cape Finest, where we experienced exceptional service. One evening, we accidentally got locked out of the house by fellow guests, but the staff promptly came to our rescue and ensured we could access our belongings. The level of care and assistance we received was commendable. The spacious room and pleasant common areas added to our positive experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was beautifully designed and had all the necessary amenities, including a fridge. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel like a valued guest. The location was perfect - close to the waterfront and shops, yet tucked away in a quiet and safe area. The breakfast served in a beautiful setting was a high-quality treat. this hotel offered great value for money.

No major complaints - everything exceeded my expectations!

I had a fantastic experience at Cape Finest - Jarvis House during my recent stay. The staff, especially Willy, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and like family. The room was even better than most 5-star hotels I stayed in on my trip, and the price was unbeatable. The location was perfect, close to great bars, cafes, and restaurants. The staff's friendly and helpful nature made my stay truly special. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in town.

    Can recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very well located, close to many attractions and restaurants. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and good quality sheets. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any request.

The room lacked proper ventilation, and the air conditioning was not working properly, making it uncomfortable to stay inside for long periods. the noise from the street could be heard quite clearly even with the windows closed.

Our Thanksgiving stay was amazing! We were blown away by the warm welcome from the staff and the complementary wine and chocolates in the room. The location was perfect, with cute cafes nearby and a scenic walk to the waterfront. The breakfast was definitely the highlight, with eggs cooked to perfection and fresh orange juice. We also loved the rooftop terrace, where we enjoyed sunset drinks with an unbeatable view.

The bathroom was a tad small, which may be uncomfortable for larger individuals. Additionally, having to check-in and out at a different location was a minor inconvenience.

The location was superb, close to the city center and all the attractions. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was really delicious. The staff members were warm, friendly, and always ready to assist. The hospitality was top-notch. The interior decoration was lovely and there was a beautiful view of Table Mountain from the rooftop terrace.

There was a bit of confusion during check-in as the reception was located in a different building. The bathroom was quite small and not ideal for larger individuals.

Stayed in a cozy location nearby a beautiful waterfront with access to loads of shops, cafes, and restaurants. the room was well, furnished and fully, equipped, while the service was top, notch. the breakfast served each morning was simply delicious, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. the view from the room was an added bonus and made the stay all the more special.

Drainage problems were dealt with quite slowly and impacted the overall experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect - close to shops, fairly close to the waterfront, and in a quiet and cozy area. The room itself was bright, airy, and beautifully designed, exceeding all expectations. The staff provided exceptional service, making us feel comfortable and at home. The breakfasts were high-quality and served in a beautiful setting. The hotel also had great amenities, such as a TV with many channels and extra goodies in the room.

The air conditioning did not work well and blew cold air instead of heat.
